The Backbone team is pleased to introduce Backbone Issue Sync 4.2.2. This release is mainly a bugfix release which contains several improvements for Jira Data Center installations.
Several customers have reported a bug with the list view in Jira Service Desk → Queue. The user cannot open issue details when clicking on the issue key. We have created an issue for this bug and assigned a high priority.
