Backbone Issue Sync 3.1.11-AC

In our previous release, we introduced an updated advanced setting (sync.unsyncedIssueTypeAllowed) to give you more control over which issues are synchronized. However, the upgrade tasks didn’t run correctly for all users. With this release that is fixed and all synchronizations should be updated and running again.
