We're excited to announce the release of Backbone Issue Sync 3.1.14-AC, including an improvement to the pairing issues and bug fixes.
Improved Issue Pairing for User Mentions
When migrating issues from Jira Data Center to Jira Cloud, Backbone previously encountered issues matching comments that contained user mentions. This was due to the difference in mention formats: Jira Data Center uses usernames, while Jira Cloud relies on account IDs. We've now enhanced Backbone to handle these discrepancies, improving its ability to match comments with user mentions during both the migration process and the pairing of existing issues.
