An issue does not get synchronized and appears in the troubleshooting section with the category 'Resolution was not found' and a message containing, e.g. 'Resolution "Done" (1) can not be found in the project ABC' or similar.
In Backbone 4.1.x we have introduced a new resolution field mapping. The passthrough mapping for resolutions is trying to map the resolutions based on their names. If a resolution from one project can not be found in another project (or instance), this error is thrown.
The following steps should be done in order to resolve this problem.
- Go to the resolution administration page where the resolution mapping failed
- Add the missing resolution by using the exact name or correct an existing resolution
- Clear the Backbone cache
- 'Retry' the error in the troubleshooting
