Backbone Issue Sync 5.8.0

The Backbone team is pleased to introduce Backbone Issue Sync 5.8.0.
This release includes a revamped troubleshooting page for Backbone that helps in error resolution, as well as some other small improvements and bug fixes.
Troubleshooting Gets an Upgrade
We’ve made improvements to the troubleshooting tab so you are more in control of what’s happening in the synchronization and can resolve sync errors quickly. When an error arises, you can now easily view:
Link to the Jira issue that caused the error
Insights into the specific field(s) causing the behavior
The content of the sync message Backbone tried to send
That’s not all! We’ve also reworked the UI so it’s sleeker and easier to navigate. Now, you'll see a more comprehensive view of errors and issues, with the ability to view the details by expanding the message.
