An issue does not get synchronized and appears in the troubleshooting section with the category 'Missing attachment permissions' and the message, e.g. 'You do not have permission to delete attachment with id: 11005'.
The synchronization user tries to perform an attachment action for which he has no rights.
You can choose between the desired solutions:
- Grant the synchronization user the necessary rights in order to enable Backbone to perform the corresponding action.
- Disable the attachment mapping.
