Backbone Issue Sync 4.2.3

The Backbone team is pleased to introduce Backbone Issue Sync 4.2.3.

This release is a bugfix release for a bug which was introduced in 4.2.2 and which affects all Jira Service Desk customers.

Additionally, check out all the changes which were introduced with Backbone 4.2.2.
