We will need the SEN number of the trialed app and details of your business case. -
If we authorize your request, we’ll send you an authorization statement that contains information needed for trial extension.

Q: Who handles the app trial extension?
A: All licensing and trial periods are managed directly by Atlassian. As the app vendor, we formally approve the extension, but we do not have the ability to manually extend the trial on our end. You must contact Atlassian Billing & Licensing Support to request and process the extension.
