When you create databases with Orderly, you can define the scope of your database, i.e., if the database is only available to work within the current Confluence space or if you can reference it in other spaces as well.
How to Adjust the Scope
Go to your database within the Orderly Databases app or the Orderly Database macro.
Open the database settings.
In the dialog box, go to the Scope section and tick the box with Make Database selectable in other spaces.
Save your settings.
Now you and other users (depending on their permissions for the space the database was created in) can reference, view, and edit the database from other spaces in your Confluence instance.
