Why does my page have the 'outdated' Acrolinx Check Status?

Question

One of my Confluence pages has the check status OUTDATED:

What does this mean?

Answer

Pages have this status when they get edited by a user who does not have Scroll Acrolinx Connector user permissions.

To update the page's Check Status, you need to trigger a new Acrolinx check on the page. You can do this by:

  • Opening the page editor and saving the page again (recommended if only a small number of pages has been edited)
  • Performing a space-wide update on the Acrolinx Status Dashboard (this is better if a large number of pages have been edited and need checking again).
