After you've created some documents in a space, you can view and manage them in the Documents overview. To access the Documents overview, click Documents in the space sidebar:


The Documents Overview is the central management hub for all documents in a space. In the overview toolbar, you can:

  • Browse through all documents at once in either a visual grid view or a compressed list view
  • Search documents by title 
  • Filter documents by owner or labels
  • Sort documents by title, recently created, or recently modified 

Selecting a document in the overview will expand the Document Details:

In the details view, you can see: 

  • The document title and summary 
  • All contributors to the document, including who it was last modified by and when
  • The document status 
  • The document version information

You can also perform a few actions directly from the details view. Click on the actions menu ••• in the details to:
