Compare Versions

Visually track changes between the different versions of a document using the Comparison Tool.You can access the Comparison Tool from the following locations:

1. Navigate to a page in the document.

2. Click Document Toolbox.

3. Click Compare Versions.
   
   

From the Document Manager

• From the Document Library, click the cog icon on a document.

Or

• From a page in a document, click Document toolbox and click the cog icon.

Navigate to the Comparison Tool

1. Click Compare versions next to the Save a version button.
   

Compare Documents

1. In the Comparison Tool, select the version with which you want to compare.

   
2. Scroll through the result to view the changes or use Previous and Next in the bottom action bar to navigate between the changes.
