As you experienced in the document creation process, you can add metadata to your document which includes the Document Title, Labels, Summary, and Cover Image.
To edit the metadata of the document, first find your document in the Library. Then, navigate to the Document Manager:
From a page in a document, click Document toolbox and click the cog icon.
Navigate to edit details dialog
In the Document Manager, click the pencil icon on the top-right of the page. This opens the Edit metadata dialog.
Make changes.
Optionally, update the document cover image by clicking Change image. The Change cover dialogue displays
Select an image from the gallery or upload a custom image. You can chose to drag and drop and image from your device, or upload it by clicking Upload an image.
Only .jpg, .jpeg, and .png files are supported.
Click Save.
