Scroll Documents features a seamless integration with the Scroll PDF Exporter and Scroll Word Exporter apps, letting you export your multi-page documents to PDF or Word format and use the powerful customization functionality to fully style the output.

In order to take advantage of the export features in Scroll Documents, you need to have these apps installed. If you don't have them on your system, you can try them for free on the Atlassian Marketplace.

The alternative is to export the pages of your document using Confluence's export functionality

You can export from two different locations in Confluence:

  4. Select your template and export settings as you normally would in Scroll PDF Exporter or Scroll Word Exporter, then click Export

  3. Select your template and export settings as you normally would in Scroll PDF Exporter or Scroll Word Exporter, then click Export

Export from the Toolbox

You can find the Document toolbox in the page tree of your document.

  1. In the library, click Open in page tree from the actions menu ••• of the document you would like to export.
  2. On any of the pages of your document, you can find the Document Toolbox in the far right, between the Confluence Watch and Share icon.
  3. Click the toolbox and from the list select Export to PDF/Export to Word depending on the format you want.
  4. Select your template and export settings as you normally would in Scroll PDF Exporter or Scroll Word Exporter, then click Export
