You can view previously saved versions of your documents, and compare the content of a document version with that of a different document version, or the document's current state.
View a version
To view a version of a document, click the Documents byline item, then click the name of the version you want to view:
Now, the pages and content are displayed as they were at the moment when you created the version:
Comparing versions gives you an overview of the changes made to all pages in a document in a certain period of time. You can compare versions with other versions, or the document's current state.
To compare a version, click Compare in the top-right of the screen, and choose the versions to compare using the dropdowns in the top-left of the screen. You can compare versions in two ways.
Compare the content
In the Document view, page content highlighting and page tree icons show what has been added, removed, changed and reformatted in the newer version.
Get an overview of changes
On the Overview of changes, you can see the total number of pages that have been edited between versions, and a full list of those changes, including change comments:
