Link to a translated page from outside Confluence

You can link to a page translated with Scroll Translations by adding the ?lang=<languageCode> parameter to the URL:

<Confluence_base_URL>/display/<spacekey>/<page_title>?lang=<languagecode>

If a page title has special characters, and pageId is displayed instead, simply add the same parameter after pageId and replace ? with &:

<Confluence_base_URL>/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=<pageId>&lang=<languagecode>

You can find out the language code by hovering over the target language in the language picker – the browser will display the code in the status bar. Use that value to create the link.

Pro Tip

If you're using the page key functionality in Scroll Versions, you can also link directly to translated pages by appending the URL parameter lang=<languageCode> behind your page key in the url. For example: ...URL.../display/_PK/VSN10/PUB143?lang=de
