This is a hot fix release to fix incompatibility issues of Scroll Viewport with Confluence 7.13.1. The previous hot fix release (2.19.1) did not fix compatibility issue as expected.
Without upgrading to 2.19.2, Scroll Viewport will not work with Confluence 7.13.1 (opening pages and creating new Viewports fail).
