What's the difference between Viewport and HTML Exporter

Scroll Viewport gives you a different and nicer view of your Confluence space content. It also can be used as a content management system.
Scroll HTML Exporter on the contrary, exports the content of your Confluence pages into a static HTML file which you can upload on webserver.

The themes for the Apps are built differently and therefore aren't compatible with each other. This is because Scroll Viewport is processing and rendering the page live into the theme, while Scroll HTML exporter is transforming the Confluence page into an HTML file which applies the theme.
