Scroll Pagetitle Macro does not Work

Problem

The Scroll Pagetitle macro does not change the page name in exports.

Explanation

One potential reason for that could be that the page has been copied with the Copy Page Tree app.

The page title placed in the Scroll Pagetitle macro is saved as a content property in Confluence. When copying a page with the Copy Page Tree plugin, that the content property is not copied correctly.

Solution

As a workaround, try to edit the affected pages. It is important that a new page revision is created, because this causes the content properties from the Scroll Pagetitle macro to be 'assigned' to the page.

Follow these steps:

1. Add some text.
2. Save the page.
3. Immediately delete the text.
4. Save the page again.
5. Try to export the content.

Then the page title from the Scroll Pagetitle macro should be used.
