Where are my templates stored?

Question:

I have created a template and uploaded it in Scroll Word Exporter for Cloud.

• Where exactly is the template stored now?
• Can I back it up by performing a space or site backup?

Answer:

• All cloud exporter templates are stored in our cloud infrastructure. See the 'Customer Uploaded Data' section of our data security statement for precise details.
• You cannot back templates up by performing a space or site backup. To back templates up, you must download them manually.
