Backbone Work Sync 5.19.1 is now available. This release fixes a bug related to support ZIP generation.
Bug Fix: ZIP File Generation Error
We’ve fixed a bug where generating a support ZIP file could cause the process to hang indefinitely in the UI and consume large amounts of disk space in the background.
After the release, you can generate support ZIP files without running into errors, just like before.

We strongly recommend updating to Backbone Work Sync 5.19.1 as soon as possible if:
