Scroll Viewport 2.14
August 2019
We're pleased to announce the release of Scroll Viewport 2.14, which is a major feature release.
Introducing the Help Center Theme – A New Kind of Theme for Everyone
Now, any team can create a help center using the same customizable Help Center theme we use for the K15t Help Center. Your team can collaborate on documentation in Confluence and use the Help Center theme to give your users a help site that's optimize for content readability and searchability.
Customize with Settings, Not Code
Customize the colors, imagery, navigation, and layout of your help center to make it fit your brand look and feel. Changes to the theme are made using settings, not code, so any team can make their help center shine.
Add All Your Spaces
Define a collection of multiple documentation spaces and display them as a single help center. Create a custom help center overview page where your users first begin their help journey.
Web developers can use the new collections feature to display multiple spaces in their customer theme as well.
Integrate Your Analytics and Customer Support Systems
Analyze the success of your help content with Google Analytics and embed your customer support system for quick access by your users. You can integrate:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Search Console
- Freshdesk
- Intercom
- Jira Service Desk Cloud
- Zendesk
This update works best with the latest versions of Scroll Versions or Scroll Translations.
