Backbone Work Sync 5.21.4 is now available. This release includes a bug fix for syncing from data center to cloud, where the cloud instance is making use of a reverse proxy. It also fixes an issue where replies to synced comments (comment thread) on cloud did not sync back to the original project. These replies will now sync correctly in both directions.
You were only affected by this bug if you sync to cloud, and on cloud make use of threaded comments and replied to a synced comment (a comment made by the sync user). This is also only applicable if you have been using version 5.21.2 and 5.21.3.
Important note threaded comments fix
Replies created between version 5.21.2 and 5.21.4 are not synced automatically. To ensure all threaded discussions stay complete, please resync those comments. To speed up the resync, please follow these steps in the resync dialog:

Only select comments to be resynced

Use this JQL:
updatedDate >= "installation 5.21.2/5.21.3 version" and updatedDate <= "installation 5.21.4"
