Export and Publish Variants

Export and publish variants as PDFs or Word files using Scroll Documents' integrations with Scroll Exporter. You can also publish your content as an online help center in combination with Scroll Viewport.

Publish as an Online Help Center

Using Scroll Documents' integration with Scroll Viewport, you can publish your variants as a fully customizable online help center.

You can choose to publish your variant(s) to the same or separate Viewport sites.

Export to PDF or Word Files

Using Scroll Documents' integration with Scroll PDF and Word Exporter, you can export your variants as PDF or Word files with complete control over styling.

To export a variant to PDF or Word, you must have the Scroll PDF Exporter or Scroll Word Exporter app installed.

Export from the Document Reader

• From the Document Library, click Read on a document card. The reader dialog displays.

• Click the export button and select Export to PDF or Export to Word. The export document dialog displays.

  • Select a template and export settings for PDF or Word.

  • Select a variant from the variants dropdown.

Export from the Document Manager

• From the Document Library, click on a document card. Now you are in the Document Manager

• From any version in the version list, click the Export button and select Export to PDF or Word. The export document dialog displays.

  • Select a template and export settings for PDF or Word.

  • Select a variant from the variants dropdown.
