This update is an improvement release which introduces two new template placeholders - one for including Confluence page labels, and one for printing the Confluence page owner.
Within this update we have also improved the handling for tiny URLs, and fixed an issue that meant link suffix labels (ie. see page X) were missing for links to the export root page.
