Problem
When updating Confluence or Scroll Versions, the page tree does not load and the message "Error Loading Children" is displayed instead.

Rebuild your Confluence index as described here: Content Index Administration .
Cause
The pages are not indexed correctly.

We've improved the JavaScript Logging in Scroll Versions 2.4. The logging can be checked using the Firefox web console or a similar tool depending on your browser.
To be able to further analyze the problem it would be great if you could send us a screenshot of the console when the error occurs to help@k15t.com .
