Scroll Viewport is committed to providing help center sites that are accessible to the widest audience possible, regardless of technology or ability.
This commitment is part of K15t’s mission to help teams share their knowledge freely, simply, and effectively to better educate and enable their customers.
The help center theme is tested against WCAG 2.1
More specifically, we used the Website Accessibility Conformance Evaluation Methodology (WCAG-EM) approach to evaluate the accessibility conformance of the sites we generate.
Your style and content choices impact accessibility
Please note, Scroll Viewport sites can be customized to a considerable degree and contain user generated and user controlled content. How accessible your site and content is, in the end, heavily dependent on the style and content choices you make.
We highly recommend that you and your team consider the WCAG’s success criteria when styling and customizing your site (especially when injecting custom code) and when creating and editing articles and topics.
You can help us improve
We are actively taking steps and devoting resources to further enhance the accessibility of our help center sites to meet applicable standards. This work is ongoing as we continue to strive toward our goal of promoting accessibility.
We welcome your feedback on how we might improve. If, at any time, you are experiencing difficulty with accessibility in your help center sites or require assistance, please reach out with your questions and comments to firstname.lastname@example.org or raise a support ticket.
