Symptom
After creating a synchronization for a project, the existing issues are not synced immediately.
Explanation
In Cloud-to-Cloud synchronizations, Backbone doesn't automatically synchronize all existing issues immediately after you create an synchronization.
However, all of these unsynced issues are picked up and synchronized by a daily automatic cleanup job.
