Content Manager (Open BETA)

The Content Manager is a new feature in Scroll Documents, currently available in open BETA. This a central view that consolidates several management functions into one overview, allowing you to quickly see all pages within each version and translation and review their associated properties (e.g., workflow status, Context Keys, and assigned variants). To access the Content Manager: Within the Document Manager, click Content Manager for the specific version or translation you want to view and manage.

What You Can Do in the Content Manager

  1. Navigate back to the Document Manager.

  2. Search for pages within the version's page tree.

  3. Filter pages by workflow status.

  4. Filter pages by labels.

  5. Filter pages by variants.

  6. View and adjust the scope of the columns visible in the table.

  7. Navigate to unresolved inline comments on a page.

  8. View or change the status of a page.

  9. View or copy the Context Key of a page.

  10. See and change the labels on a page

  11. View which variant a page belongs to.
