Scroll Content Manager 2026-07-27 introduces the space content manager, makes the content manager easier to read and work with and fixes issues affecting search and include resolution.
With the new space content manager you can now open any space in the content manager view, not just documents. All actions on individual pages as well as bulk actions are available for the pages of a space. You can also see which pages are part of documents and navigate directly to those documents to manage them in particular.
✨ New features
-
Added the space content manager, which lets you open any space in the content manager view, perform individual and bulk page actions, see which pages belong to documents and jump to those documents to manage them.
🔧 Improved
-
Enabling or disabling Scroll Content Manager for specific spaces is now clearer in the app settings.
-
The created and updated columns now show relative dates like "3 days ago", with the exact time in a tooltip.
-
The "Latest version" column is now called "Latest revision" and links directly to the page history in Confluence.
-
Owner and contributor avatars now show the person's name in a tooltip and indicate that the owner can be changed.
-
Saving a version now warns you when resolved included pages contain page layouts, which are not supported.
🐛 Fixed
-
Searching in the content manager now matches any word in the page title, not just the beginning.
-
Page icons are no longer copied over from included pages when saving a version with resolved includes.
