Scroll Content Manager 2026-10-28 makes working with large documents significantly faster and fixes several bugs across the Document Library, translation workflows and macros.
Loading large content trees in the Content Manager is now much faster: a document with 15,000 pages previously took around 19 minutes to load fully β now search becomes usable in under 3 minutes and the full document loads in around 4 minutes. Dialogs that load the content tree, such as Save version and Publish, benefit as well.
π§ Improved
-
Significantly improved loading performance for large content trees in the Content Manager and in dialogs like Save version and Publish.
-
When saving a version, publishing or creating a translation fails because of page restrictions, the dialog now lists all affected pages so you can fix them in one go.
-
When a version contains pages that still use the legacy editor, the affected pages are now shown in a dedicated pages view with links and locations instead of inside the banner.
π Fixed
-
The Document Library now shows all documents in spaces with more than 250 documents.
-
Importing an XLIFF file with unchanged translations no longer causes pages to be flagged as needing translation again after the next sync.
-
Underscores in the Scroll Non-Translatable Inline macro are no longer rendered as italics.
