If you publish with Scroll Sites or Scroll HTML Exporter, you can use Confluence's Filter by Label macro to show related articles on a page. This article explains how to set it up and how it behaves across versions.
Set up References to Related Articles
Add the Filter by Label macro to any page in your Working version where you want to display a list of related articles. Inside the macro, configure the following:
-
Add label(s): Select a label that all the relevant pages have in common.
-
Set the parent page: Choose the root page of your Working version as the parent item.
The macro will then display all pages with that label under the specified parent page.
How It Works Across Versions
When you save a version of your document, Scroll Content Manager versions the macro along with the rest of your content. From that point on, the macro shows only pages with the label that existed under the parent page at the time the version was saved, so each saved version displays the related articles that were available when it was created.
