Editing an Export Scheme

If you are logged in as Confluence- or Space-Admin you can save the settings as new export scheme, or overwrite an existing export scheme with the new settings.

You can either edit a global export scheme, or edit a space export scheme. It also remains possible to edit an export scheme on the fly via the export dialogue.

Edit Global Export Scheme

Before you begin: To edit a global export scheme, you must log in with Confluence Admin permissions.

To edit a global export scheme:

1. Click the cog icon at top right of the screen and select Confluence Admin.
   The Administration Console is displayed.

2. In the Scroll HTML Exporter
   section, click Export Schemes.
   The Available Export Schemes are displayed.
   

3. Select the wanted export scheme and click Edit.
   The export scheme is displayed in edit-mode.
4. Edit the export schemes to your needs. For more information, see Creating an Export Scheme.
5. Click Save.

Edit Space Export Scheme

The export scheme is edited and saved and can be used to export your content.

Before you begin: To edit a space export scheme, you must log in with Space Admin permissions.

To edit a space export scheme:

1. Click Browse > Space Admin.
   The Administration Console is displayed.

2. In theScroll HTML Exportersection, click Export Schemes.
   The Available Export Schemes are displayed.
   

3. Select the wanted export scheme and click Edit.
   The export scheme is displayed in edit-mode.
4. Edit the export schemes to your needs. For more information, see Creating an Export Scheme.
5. Click Save.

Edit an Export Scheme via the Export Dialogue

The export scheme is edited and saved and can be used to export your content.

Besides it is able to edit the export scheme on the fly in the export screen.

1. Click Tools > Export to HTML.
   The screen Export to HTML is displayed.
2. Select the wanted export scheme and click Customize Settings.
3. Change the wanted settings and click Start Export.

The content is exported with the defined settings.
