Planned Maintenance Notice - Scroll Exporter Apps

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on Monday, 6 April 2026 to support the migration of our Scroll Exporter apps to Atlassian’s Forge platform. Times may vary depending on your location.

During the scheduled maintenance window, Scroll Exporter app services will be unavailable.

Affected Apps

The following Scroll Exporter Cloud apps will be affected:

What to Expect

During the maintenance window, most normal services offered by the affected apps will be unavailable. Users and admins will not be able to:

  • Generate exports via the Confluence UI, REST API, Scroll Export Button macro, or 3rd party app integrations

  • Access custom export templates

  • Access Scroll Exporter REST API tokens (required for REST API exports)

  • Choose custom templates when adding or editing Scroll Export Button macros

  • Schedule data residency app data migrations during the maintenance window

  • Perform Data Center to Cloud migrations

Confluence page content nested within Scroll macros (e.g., Scroll Ignore, Scroll Content Block) will not be affected and will display as expected during the scheduled maintenance period.

Reason for Maintenance

This work is part of our ongoing migration of Scroll Exporter apps to Atlassian’s Forge app development platform.

Action Required

No user action is required. Any data that is unavailable during the maintenance window will be restored once the scheduled maintenance is complete (e.g. custom templates and API tokens).

We recommend avoiding critical tasks involving these apps during the maintenance window.

If you have scheduled automations using our REST APIs, you should prepare them to handle HTTP 503 error responses during the maintenance window.
