When working with K15t Support, you may sometimes receive a snapshot build of Scroll Versions. Snapshot builds allow you to verify that a reported issue has been fixed before we publish an official release.
We strongly recommend performing all snapshot testing in a development /staging /test environment. Avoid installing snapshot builds in production.
How to Install a Snapshot
Follow the steps below to install the snapshot provided by K15t Support:
-
Uninstall Scroll Platform
-
Uninstall Scroll Versions
-
Install the snapshot file
The snapshot includes both Scroll Versions and Scroll Platform, so installing the snapshot will add both apps. -
Verify the installation
Ensure that Scroll Versions and Scroll Platform display the same version number in the Confluence app administration screen. -
Reproduce the original issue
Test the scenario that previously caused the problem and confirm whether it has been resolved.
Restoring the Original Apps
When you are finished testing and want to return to officially supported versions:
-
Uninstall Scroll Platform
-
Uninstall Scroll Versions
-
Install the desired public version of Scroll Versions from the Atlassian Marketplace
(Scroll Platform will be installed automatically as a dependency.)
