Backbone Work Sync 5.0.0 is now available. This release introduces the next steps in our migration to Forge, adds correlation mapping for organization fields, and adds automatic retries for temporary errors. It also includes various bug fixes and minor improvements.
Next Steps Towards Forge
As part of our transition to Forge, you may notice small visual updates in the UI. Under the hood, we also performed some infrastructural changes which should have no visible effect on you. No action is required from your side.

Correlation Mapping for Organizational Fields
You can now map organizational fields using correlation mapping. This improves flexibility when organizations differ between two spaces or instances. You can set up the correlation mapping in the field mappings tab.
Automatic Retry for Temporary Errors
Automatic retry handling for temporary issues “Jira is offline“ and “503 error“ are added. This means, when these errors occur, Backbone will automatically retry it, reducing the need for manual action. More information can be found here.
