Backbone Work Sync 8.5.0 is now available.
Versions 8.3.0 and 8.4.0 contained a bug that caused some updates to fail. As a result, Backbone may have skipped work item changes for a short period. Version 8.5.0 fixes the root cause.
Action Recommended: Run a Resync To Avoid Missed Changes
Work items changed between Sep 2, 2026, 13:20 CEST and Sep 3, 2026, 16:12 CEST may not have synced. Any changes made in that window could be missing on the other side of the synchronization.
To find possibly affected work items, run this JQL search:
updated >= "2026-09-02 13:20"
Adjust the date and time to your own timezone (this is in CEST).
To restore missed changes, trigger a resync for all affected synchronizations — in both directions — using the same JQL in the resync dialog. This covers every work item created or updated after Sep 2, 2026, 13:20 CEST.
