Deleting a Version or Translation

With Scroll Documents, you have the option to either delete the entire version or translation of a version along with its related page tree, or keep the page tree while deleting only the version or translation.

This means, if you select:

• Delete the entire version or translation (including page trees): This removes all traces of the version or translation.

  • All version metadata.

  • All pages within the version or translation.

• Delete only the version or translation (keep page trees): This removes the version or translation from the document, but preserves the page tree for potential future use.

When you delete only the version or a translation, the pages remain as regular Confluence pages, but without the versioning, translation, or variant management.
