Scroll Viewport 2.20.0

We're announcing the release of Scroll Viewport 2.20.0, which is a security-minded and recommended release.

This release changes a default behaviour of Scroll Viewport. Starting with Scroll Viewport 2.20.0 users that are space administrators will no longer be able to edit security sensitive settings for themes used in a viewport; space administrators will still be able to customise the look and feel of the Help Center Theme. Refer to Set Theme Editing Permissions to learn how to extend the theme editing permissions to trusted space administrators.

We will stop supporting Confluence versions below 7.0 with the next release.
