Scroll Content Manager

Manage Page Trees in a Space

If your team doesn't need the full document management capabilities of Scroll Content Manager, you can still use the Content Manager to get an overview of the content in your space, no Scroll document required.

The Content Manager is now available at the space level, giving you a single view of all content in a space.

What Can I Do in the Space-Level Content Manager?

In the space-level Content Manager, you can currently:

  • See all content in your space.

  • See which page trees are part of an existing Scroll document.

    • To expand and manage those pages, click Open Document to open the Content Manager for that specific document. The option is shown as the document's cover image.

    • If you have several documents in the space, each is color-coded to separate the documents. The colors are assigned randomly

  • Search for pages and filter by label.

  • Adjust Confluence page titles.

  • Delete pages

  • See which pages have open inline comments.

  • See the page creator and creation date.

  • See when each page was last updated.

  • See contributors (users who has helped edit the page).

  • See the latest page version number from the Confluence page version history.

  • See and bulk-change page owners.

  • See and bulk-add, replace, or remove labels.

  • View the number of attachments on a page and their total size.

Who can Use the Space-Level Content Manager?

To access and use the space-level Content Manager a user needs space permissions to view and add pages.

Page-level restrictions still apply: if a user can't view or edit a specific page, they won't be able to update its properties from the Content Manager either.

How to Open the Space-Level Content Manager?

To access the space-level Content Manager, click Scroll Content Manager in the Confluence sidebar, then click Content.
