In the Content Manager, you can perform bulk actions to update your page properties
The bulk actions available to you depend on whether you're using the space-level or document-level Content Manager, since some properties, such as workflow status, only apply to pages within a Scroll document.
In the space-level Content Manager, you can bulk:

Add, remove, or replace page labels.

Change page owners.
In the document-level Content Manager, you can bulk:

Change workflow status.

Add, remove, or replace page labels.

Change page owners.

Change Page Owner in Bulk
How to bulk change page owners:

Navigate to the Content Manager.

Select the checkboxes for the pages you wish to update.

Click Change owner in the floating toolbar.

In the window that appears, type the name of the new owner.

Click Change owner to finish.
Keep in mind
If you change page ownership in bulk, the new owner will receive a notification for every page assigned to them. This follows standard Confluence notification logic.
Manage Page Labels in Bulk
How to bulk update page labels:

Navigate to the Content Manager.

Select the checkboxes for the pages you wish to update.

Click Update labels in the floating toolbar.

Choose one of the following actions:

Add labels: Enter the labels you want to add to all selected pages.

Remove labels: Select the labels you wish to remove.

Replace labels: Define the existing label to be removed and the new label to replace it.

Click Update labels to finish.
You can also bulk update the variant scope by adding or removing labels.
Change Workflow Status in Bulk
How to bulk change workflow statuses:

Navigate to the Content Manager.

Select the checkboxes for the pages you wish to update.

Click Change status in the floating toolbar at the bottom of the screen.

Select the new status you want to apply.

Click Change status to apply the status change.
