Perform Bulk Actions in Content Manager

In the Content Manager, you can perform bulk actions to update your page properties

The bulk actions available to you depend on whether you're using the space-level or document-level Content Manager, since some properties, such as workflow status, only apply to pages within a Scroll document.

In the space-level Content Manager, you can bulk:

  • Add, remove, or replace page labels.

  • Change page owners.

In the document-level Content Manager, you can bulk:

  • Change workflow status.

  • Add, remove, or replace page labels.

  • Change page owners.

This article explains how to manage these properties in bulk.
