For Arcades to show up in Viewport, you need to embed them via the iframe macro.
Scroll Viewport reaches end of life on September 30, 2026.
Updating Viewport sites is no longer possible - the Update site option has been disabled. To keep making changes to your documentation, upgrade your sites to Scroll Sites. Your live sites keep running in the meantime.

In Arcade, click Share and select Get Code.

Copy the URL from the src line

Create or open a Confluence page that is part of a Viewport site

Click Edit to open the Confluence editor

Add the iframe macro to the page

In the macro’s configuration on the left sidebar:

paste the URL from step 2

Set the width to 100%

Set the height to 450

Select ‘Hide’ frame border

Check ‘allow fullscreen’

Click Update for the Confluence editor to close

Click Update site in Scroll Viewport
Your Arcade will now show in an iframe in your Viewport article.
The same process will also work for videos produced with Tango or Wistia and many other third-party services.
