The Help Center theme is a ready-to-use theme bundled with the app Scroll Sites.
The Help Center theme lets you create branded, self-serve help experiences. It is easy to navigate, searchable, SEO-optimized and integrates with your support desk and user feedback tools, equipping you to serve your customers better
The theme is mobile optimized, so your users can view your help content wherever they are and on whatever device.
Please note: The help center theme doesn’t support publishing content of the type Blog.
Customizable Elements
To make sure the published site fits your online presence and company branding, you can customize the help center theme’s appearance using the theme configurator (Site Settings → Look and Feel → Customize theme).
Global Sections
Some sections appear in all pages of your Scroll site, i.e they are part of all page types. All these global sections can be further customized:

Page Types
The help center theme includes different page types that pre-define the structure and layout of your content.
You can customize the following page types:

Advanced Customizations
You can adjust the help center further by injecting custom code (CSS or Javascript). Depending on how you write the code, it can affect specific page types or elements in the site, or the entire site.
We recommend that you only inject custom code if you find that the visual theme editor doesn’t provide your required styling options and if you have the required knowledge to write and maintain the custom code.
Non-Customizable Elements
To allow for an easy navigation through the site, some elements of the help center theme cannot be removed (e.g. header logo, article topics or article navigation).
Additionally, the page type 404 page that can’t be customized.
