This page gives an overview about the terms and expressions used in the Scroll Exporters.

The following terms are explained:

Confluence-Admin 

The Confluence-Admin is responsible for the management and administration of your Confluence System. They set the other user groups and permissions and can install plugins.

Export Scheme 

Export Schemes allow you to define the settings used to export your Confluence content to the wanted output format.

Placeholders 

You can reference to metadata by using Placeholders in your templates.

REST API

The REST API (Representational State Transfer) is a software architecture style for web applications. Using the REST API, you can for example automate your exports.

Scroll Versions 

Scroll Versions is our content-management-tool for Atlassian Confluence. It allows you to manage multiple versions and variants in one space.

Space-Admin 

The Space-Admin is responsible for a specific space.
