Analytics Integrations
Connect the Help Center theme to analytics tools like Google Analytics in order to help you understand your users' help journeys and improve your content over time.
Enable Integrations
Enable any analytics integration from the theme configurator . and select your preferred service.
Open the theme configurator under Site Settings > Look and Feel > Customize theme.
Click the Integrations tab.
Find your service provider in the list of integrations and click the toggle to enable the integration.
Paste the service’s token or tracking code into the appearing field. Read on to find out where to find the corresponding values.
Click Save changes.
Your change will now automatically trigger a new site update (for sites set to live updates) or be applied with your next site update (for sites set to manual updates).
Google Apps
If you are using Google Tag Manager, it is usually redundant to set up Google Analytics and Search Console within your help center site, as the data from those can be gathered via the Tag Manager code. Learn more here.
Google Analytics
To enable the Google Analytics integration, make sure to provide a Google’s Analytics 4 property (GA4) in the format G-XXXXXXX.

When using Google Analytics tracking in your site, to respect your users' privacy we always anonymize the IP of your visitors directly in our code.
Google Search Console
Specify your Search Console Verification to receive search engine data about your site within your Search Console account.

Google Tag Manager
Specify your Tag Manager ID to embed your Google Tag Manager tracking code on every page of your help center.

To respect your users' privacy, we recommend to enable the IP anonymization feature inside Google Tag Manager’s configuration.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
Get your the Cloudflare Web Analytics Token from the Cloudflare Dashboard.
Navigate to Web Analytics → Add a site or Manage site and copy the token out of the provided JS Snippet.

To get your JS snippet, you first have to Add a site for your Scroll Sites help center in the Cloudflare dashboard. Configure the site as “not proxied through Cloudflare".

Get your bitvoodoo Viewtracker Token from Apps → Viewtracker Global report → Interfaces → Scroll Sites Cloud.
