Scroll Viewport 2024-05-21 is an improvement release that addresses site generation problems for some specific customers.

In our last release, we reduced our reliance on a problematic REST API endpoint from Atlassian. However, the implementation introduced an issue with rate limiting that leads to site generation failures.

This improved implementation fixes the observed rate limiting issue.
