What cookies do Viewport sites set?

By default, Scroll Viewport will not set any tracking cookies.

First-Party Cookies

Scroll Viewport will not set any tracking cookies on your site unless you have further configured your site.

If you restrict access to your site with access tokens, we will apply session cookies in your site. Learn more on Restrict Site Access with Tokens.

Deprecated Cookies

There are deprecated first-party cookies that are no longer used in Viewport sites. The following cookies were used to remember settings and states for your visitors:

pageTreeState Stored the visual state of the page tree (either expanded or collapsed)
shc-cookies Stored the decision on cookie usage that users make via the cookie notice (either accepted or rejected)

These were not tracking cookies. Their values are now migrated to the browsers localStorage interface.

Third-Party Cookies

Third-party cookies are only set if you choose to add a third-party service in your Viewport site, either through our offered integrations, by enabling SSO or by inserting third-party scripts via the JavaScript editor.
