Scroll Viewport Cloud 2021-05-31
We are pleased to announce the release of Scroll Viewport 2021-05-31 which is an improvement and bug fix release.
Enhance the Search on Articles with Quick Search
With this latest Scroll Viewport for Confluence Cloud release, you now have the option to switch from a Simple to an Enhanced search for your articles pages.
The enhanced search is equipped with our quick search feature and will show search results as your users type into the search field on an article page.

To make space for the appearing search results, we have made adjustments to the position and size of the search box: the search of the ‘Enhanced’ option is wider than the ‘Simple’ option and placed right under the header.
Find the new search option in the theme editor, under the template section ‘Article’.
Other Improvements: Create from Template Macro and Redirect Error Handling
As part of our continuous efforts to optimize Confluence editor macros for the Help Center theme, we have changed how the Create from Template macro behaves: Whereas before it showed as inactive text, it’s now completely hidden on Viewport articles.
Create from Template macros are a great way for content managers to establish writing standards amongst their team of contributors. With our improvement, the macro can now be added to a Confluence page without disrupting the experience for your help center visitors.
We have also added error descriptions and recommendations to our errors and warnings in the redirect configuration field. It’s now easier to identify what’s wrong with the entered redirects and to correct or improve them before saving.
