Failed Publishing Content Source Logo

Symptom

Your site shows no or broken images where your space or document logo should show (in the portal page tiles and/or header logo).

The preview report will show the error “Failed Publishing Content Source Logo”.

Scroll Viewport is unable to fetch the space logo that is stored in Confluence.

Your Confluence IP allowlist (if you have enabled this feature) might be keeping Viewport from downloading the logo (via API).

Your Confluence IP allowlist needs to be disabled every time you update your site.
