Set Up Authenticated Access
Be in control of who visits your Scroll Viewport help center by restricting access to a select group of users.
To restrict access to your site you can currently choose from two authentication methods: access tokens and Single Sign-On.
Access tokens are a lightweight and quick way to password protect your Scroll Viewport site. Once set up, site visitors who received a valid token from you will be able to log into your site.
For a more advanced authentication experience, opt for our Single Sign-On solution. Once authenticated in one of your applications, your users will be able to seamlessly access your help center without having to authenticate again.
Please note that setting up authenticated access will require that you connect a custom domain to your site.
